Join Up

I can't do the A to Z this year, but here are some cookies and milk for you guys who are. Oh, and some encouraging pep talks.

  1. Hi, Cheryl!

I'm glad I followed the link back over to your blog because this post has not yet shown up in my reader.

How sweet of you to put out milk and cookies for the A-to-Zers. :) I also appreciate the memes you posted. I think, too often, we are impatient and impose a time limit on our goals. We give up on them if they haven't been reached by then. It serves us well to continue to strive no matter how long it takes. The journey's the thing, not the destination.

I hope your shoulder, arm and hand are doing better by now, dear friend Cheryl. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

  3. Hi Lee - definitely have milk and cookies tomorrow mid-morning .. just now is a glass of wine going, with some crisps (as I call them!) ...

Good reminders in those quotes ... too true ...

Cheers and thanks for visiting already ... appreciate the early-bird call ... Hilary

  21. Thanks for the cookies. Chocolate chip, right?
It's late, and my eyes read your "Never give up" quote ala "Galaxy Quest". Time to go to bed.
