Celebrating the Small Things and Double Negative Goes to Evernight Teen

Thanks VIKLIT

This week has been busy. I weeded the garden, cleaned the deck, de-fleaed the cat and signed a contract for my young adult book, Double Negative.

Thanks, EVERNIGHT TEEN for taking on one of my books.

Their plan is to publish an eBook in July, and if I sell a couple, they'll put it up as  POD paperback.

So I have lots of things to CELEBRATE this Friday.

EVERNIGHT TEEN ON FACEBOOK

If you can give me a hand spreading the word, I'd love it. I don't have specific dates yet, but as soon as I do I'll contact anyone who leaves a comment saying they'd like to help.

And here I was planning on taking it easy in June. Guess not this year.

Have you joined the WRITE CLUB yet? No? Well, get cracking. You have until May 31 to sub your entry and enter the fray. Talk it up a bit, too. #writeclub2014

  12. oooh, a new contract! There's nothing more beautiful than a lovely smell of freshly signed contract! Are we getting a six digit payment? No? What? You should ditch your agent and hire Dezzy as your representative :) ... not that it would help you in any way.......

    1. Ah, yes, six digit payments. Maybe one day. You're hired.

  24. Congrats on your contract with Evernight Teen! I've been considering them for a YA dystopian, but I fear interest in dystopian may be too far gone.

And I'd be happy to offer assistance. I haven't been able to do a whole lot with some of the things I've been juggling, but I think I'm getting to a better point in my writing/revising/editing situation.

  31. Hi Lee,

You are one multitasking lady. Getting read of fleas would be at the top of my list. Well, ones on a cat.

Of course I shall spread the good news. Like your other starstruck, adoring fans, I'm glad to be of some assistance.

    Take it easy, eh.

    Your starstruckest fan,

    Gary :)
