Celebrating Friday Among Other Small Things

THANKS VIKLIT
  • My computer hasn't exploded yet today.
  • I've gradually recovered most of my data from the nuclear explosion on my C Drive last week.
  • I enjoyed the Academy Awards Ceremony with some friends.
  • My high school presentations went well. The kids were great.
  • I have my Young Writers' Workshop organized for Saturday.

That's enough to Celebrate, don't you think? What are you celebrating this week?

  3. Look at all you've accomplished! Computers blowing up, surviving the teenage high school gauntlet unscathed, preparing to teach a workshop and still managing some "me" time to watch the Oscars. (Wasn't Ellen great?!) You're awesome! :)

  4. Sounds like some good things to celebrate. :-) Having ones C drive disassemble is awful. Been through it myself. Fortunately, my tech was able to recover everything. Yay. Glad yours in now in working condition and you've not lost everything.

    1. Back to pen and paper for many things. At least that's one backup I can handle.

  11. Glad you recovered most of your data! It sounds like you had better luck away from the computer than in front of it recently. :)

  15. I picked up the new java script virus. What a pain...a whole day with tech support and hundreds of dollars later...I am back online!
