And Weasel's Pete's one and only friend, a brainiac (notice how inmagined he is) who'd rather get lost in a good book than in the
Some wonderful bloggers are signed up for the Swamp Hop already. So in August the swamp comes alive with GIVEAWAYS, INTERVIEWS, and, if you can stand it, more ABOUT ALLIGATORS. If you'd like to add your name to the Linky List I'd be ever so grateful.

Oh crap, the book is available now? Did I miss the release date? I can add it to my Ninja News on Friday!
ReplyDeleteIt's fun to see the way writers 'imagine' their characters and scenes. Do you do this on Pinterest? I don't yet have an account (the time factor concerns me), but I can see it being a valuable tool.
ReplyDeleteJust bought the book for my kindle. Can't wait to read it :)
ReplyDeleteI loved seeing the pictures that you used to show the characters and setting. I think they are quite similar to what I was imagining as I read the book!

I also enjoyed seeing how you visualize things as a writer :) I'll peek into the blogs signed up for the Swamp Hop too.
ReplyDeleteYay. I didn't know it was out right now. I just downloaded my copy.
ReplyDeleteWhoa. I didn't realize it was available now. Off to tweet! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat cover! I'll put it on my blog banner in anticipation of the launch hop.
ReplyDeleteI must admit I searched images I'd have liked for my characters in my WIP -- if it were to ever get published. But I don't think I did as good a job as you've done. I love all the pics!
ReplyDeleteYour Laos story on my blog was CREEPY! Remind me never to go there. I can't take geckos raining down on me when I sleep. :P
Congratulations on your new book. It sounds like a good one!
ReplyDeleteThank you all for stopping in. Of course, just when this book launched (ahead of schedule) I had a family
ReplyDeleteemergency! Life! Anyway hope to be back soon and catching up. Can't tell you how much all of your confined support means.
Love the character picks! Hey, did you get my interview questions I sent you? I sent you a follow up email to make sure but I'm not sure that went through to you either.
ReplyDeleteHi Lee .. well done on getting the book launched -
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear of the emergency - these times are never easy and the shock takes its toll .. my thoughts are with you ..
All the very best to you and the family - Hilary

ReplyDeleteYay, I just downloaded my copy! Congratulations on your book launch, Lee. I was clueless, didn't realize you were ahead of schedule. Yay for you!
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you had a family emergency. You have so much on your plate right now. Sending hugs & prayers and best wishes for great success with Alligators Overhead and your other books, too!
Congrats on your book launch! Sorry about your family emergency. I hope everything is okay. I apologize for not seeing this sooner, as this has been a crazy week. Julie
ReplyDeleteI grew up in Michigan and there were lots of old houses like in your above pic. I'm sure they were haunted. Spooky places with real creepy people living in them.
ReplyDeleteLove how set this up! The expressions on the kids are great.
ReplyDeleteSo, how does this bloghop work? Sign up and post sometime in August? Do we get an assigned date? Do you contact us about what to post?
I love the photos you chose here. They have a lot of personality!
ReplyDeleteOh no! I missed signing up for this. Dratted vacations without internet.
