My First Post in 2011

Ah, a beginning. I love beginnings. They offer up such hope. There are no boundaries at the start--no errors, no omissions, no regrets. It's the most wonderful time. So here we are day one of 2011 and I'm full of hope.

"Ready am I to go, and my eagerness with sails full set awaits the wind."
The Prophet, Kahilil Gibran

May all of you set sail with the wind and find your safe harbor or your adventure--whatever you seek.

I'll put the wind at my back and see where I roam. Thank you for the good wishes and the same to you. Happy 2011!

  7. I love that picture! Justina Chen posted a status "what is your one word theme for this year" (or something of the sort) and I chose Generosity.

There are five parts to that word. I hope I can live up to them!

  9. Quote is perfect for the new year, Lee! It's a time to ponder options and possibilities, no doubt, and with luck ... an adventure that brings us peace and joy! Best for 2011 ... of course!

  12. Yes, new beginnings, New Year, new opening chapter. It's the Year of the Rabbit, and I spent New Year's eve in China. Just got back to snow in NYC. Tipping my teacup to you, have a good year.

Please say something to me, anything. Well, not anything, but a kind word will do.
